My betta is sick

I have a probleme.... Does any one nows how to care for a betta???
My betta looked sick last night...Normally he's blue and last night he's face was kind of white. This morning as soon that i wake up i went to see my betta. He was okay, he was even more active than usual.

Tell us what your betta is living in. What kind of container? A bowl? A tank? What size, i.e. how many gallons? How do you normally care for it? How often do you feed? How often do you change water? How much water do you change when you change it?

If you give all the information you can, maybe something can be guessed at. Right now nobody has anything much to work with.

In the other thread, you said your water was good. What does that mean? Did you actually test your water with a test kit? Give us the exact readings of ammonia, nitrIte and nitrAte.

All this information will be a place to start.
 
my betta lives in a 2.5g tank. I feed him 2 times a day. I clean his water every week (3 quarters) and i ad a antistress and something for the tap water.
The temperature of the water was at 76°. And a week earlyer i had put the antistress and the thing for tape water.
Please help me
