I'm going to have to agree with this, I used Bio over the weekend on 2 of my tanks. I put 2 ounces into a 33g cube and 1 ounce into a 20g. Without thinking I did my routine water change on the 33g 50%... I guess I didn’t think about it much because I figured the biowheels would hold most of it. 24hr later my 20g is completely cycled, my 33g is showing .25 ammonia and .50 nitrite.
Next day, same results.
However, I did use prime to treat the Ammonia.
