I started her on epsom salts and I believe she has slimmed down a lot, the scales don't seem to be pine coning anymore. Could it have been constipation that caused her scales to stick out like that? here are some updated pictures from today

Constipation can also cause it. It happened to my Siamese doll before when I exceeded her food intake a bit. Fasted her for a day and she slimmed down along with the scales going back to normal.
