My cat just ate an algae wafer

yes yes Charleston Heston THE MAN. Soylent Green was a great movie and ALL my friends dogged me for making em watch.

"soylent green is people" favorite quote lol.

And I had a roommates PitBull ALWAYS get to my "clear balloons" in my trash as well. always passed em tho. The worst was when we went to his parents house for a family cookout and the dog passed one in front of EVERYONE lol.

My cat does that too! She prefers ANY water other than her own water bowl(which I change out daily). I have a bucket full of water/plant trimmings next to my tank, and yesterday I caught her drinking out if it. It's stagnant water that's been sitting in front of a window for two weeks. It's got to be foul, but she drank it like it was Dom, while her own fresh water bowl was two feet away.

My cats ave a drinking fountain so they're pretty happy with that water and don't bother the fish water. They do chase the bubbles in the python tubing when i'm chaning the water though. (no claws, thank goodness)

Weird thing is that my cats don't really like eating any cat food that is a fish flavor, but the one loves cichlid sticks. Good thing too because the fish didn't like it so at least I didn't waste my money.

Too funny. We used to have a cat that would eat shrimp pellets and fish food. When my wife fed her fish, she gave her cat some as a treat. The cat also liked to eat cantaloupe. Go figure.
