Crabman

He is a Rainbow crab and they get to be about 5 inches across so they will eventually need a large aquarium. I have had him for 3 years and at first he was the size of a 50 cent piece now he is about 3 inches across. I keep him in a 20 gallon long right now with a slate cave and slate slabs above water level which is about half full. He spends most of his time in the water and some of the time sunning himself under his basking light. I have an in tank filter on both ends and a stealth unbreakable heater set at 76 degrees. You need a screen top that locks down because they are unbeiievable strong and can lift alot of weight when they want to get out. I have smooth gravel as a substrate. He likes to move things around frequently so I give him things like marbles and seashells to make it interesting. The strangest thing is when I feed him in his bowl, (blood worms, zucchini, apples, grapes, algae wafers, shrimp pellets and bottom feeder pellets), when he is done eating he fills the bowl with large rocks and marbles and some fake jewels that are in his tank! It is so funny!
