My Discus

I finally successfully have discus in my tank for about 2 months now; without having any deaths in my tank. But they are still acclimating to my lighting schedule - which is why they are always hiding. :headshake2:

But they are eating and swimming healthy in the dark..

That's my favorite strain of discus! They look very healthy and gorgeous! Can't wait to see the tank once those plants get established

the light is a Satellite fixture (10k & 420 atinics), which explains the blue light. I will be switching the bulbs soon; so the plants get better lighting..

Thanks all.. I just need to work on the plants and scaping. Once everything grows out it should be better. Only issue I have with the discus are they are afraid of lighting; but love the natual daylight from the sun which is the only way my plants are growing since i have to keep the lights off. Hopefully they will acclimate.
