When it gets too thick the under layers near the gravel start to rot away beacuse it won't get any light and then it becomes a mess and looses grip on the gravel. Why does not trimming it force you to replant?
I have now been trimming it every week, I am just trying to keep it low to the gravel as much as possible nowSorry - one more question. As soon as it "covers" or "thickens" is when you trim? And, you basically trim height, correct? Thanks for all your help.
