For now this is a 29gal grow out tank for my Jack Dempsey, Tiger Oscar and Albino Tiger Oscar. I plan on putting them in a 125gal soon.....any suggestions on what kind of fish and how many I could add to that tank? How about a jag, or Kissing Gourami?

Well just did a little research to see that a Jag can hit 18"s, that seems a little large for a 125 imo. What about a red/green terror, some clown loaches, and green texas cichlid?

A jag would most likely take out the group you currently have.

Nice start though.

Once you add them to the 125 you could add a group of pictus cats, mine seem to do really well with new world cichlids.

putting a jag in a 125 will end up with a dominating jag and everyone else fearing for their life

my ex-roomate just did it and this is what happened LOL

your tank has enough cichlids IMO. people don't understand how big oscars really good.

get some bottom feeders and you will be set... some sort of catfish would be good.

Trust me I know how large Oscars get. My husband has owned a few back in the day, his largest was only 15"s in a indoor pond. I was thinking about adding a few bala sharks or maybe grow out the black arowana we are going to pick up soon
