Great start. I'll be interested to read of your experiences painting the back after the tank is set up. I imagine that would look really weird to the fish inside.
I'm sure it will be a pain in the ***! At some point I will do a large water change, maybe like a 50%. Hopefully at that point my dad or brothers can help me scoot the tank away from the wall a bit more so I can have a decent amount of space to work with.
