Here are some shots of my Fly River Turtle... he's about six years old and about a foot long. I'm prepping the fish room for my 500 gallon set-up, so he had to be moved to the 150 gallon. Figured it was a good chance for some pictures. He's going to be in this tank for about a week... hopefully he and the fish get along. Currently his diet consists of romaine, raisins, fig, assorted fruit, cucumber, Hikari turtle pellets, Hikari sinking carnivore pellets, and occasionally frozen krill. For anyone unaware, the Fly River Turtle is the only 100% aquatic freshwater turtle. No land required, making keeping it with monster fish a delight.

His name is Sal by the way, short for Salvatore Assante ... (the elusive name of Turtle from Entourage) ...

Enjoy!
