using a logo/trademark that is not yours creates legal problems for you and i dont think you could sell enough of them to pay any legal judgement you would be exposing yourself to, why not just make fish shapes without a logo and sell?

you might find ebay is a place to sell and you would have alot more exposure (customers) then on here.
 
I soon as I saw your sculpture before I read your post I thought it was a soap bar which I thought would be quite clever. Fish soap would be cool and aesthetic as well for any bathroom fish keepers or not. maybe your sculpture can improve and be the model for your own line of fish soaps, in different colors and species LOL.

I do like the idea though and I think you should peruse it under your own trademark.
