My Gecko collection...

i was looking into them but was told that they are aggressive and dont hesitate to bite. maybe its based on personality. i stuck with some chinese water dragons and a blue iguana instead. yours are totally beautiful though, and the eyes are cool.

No, leopard geckos are pretty docile except if you have two males in the same tank. They make great starter lizards for beginners. You went for the opposite extreme. Both of the lizards you picked will need large enclosures as adults. And to be honest with you, iguanas make BAD pets unless you cover all their required needs. I bought a baby iguana once. He turned into a 6 foot beast. His cage was 6'x4'x5' which is huge when you compare it to a 10 gallon aquarium for one adult leopard gecko.

We have a female that looks like your tangerine, in that it has spots on the face and tail, but it's yellow like your "colorless". Yours look so cute and maybe with a group they are a bit more fun (and have fun), but if I had a desert nearby I'd put ours loose. It spends most of her time in her cave. Would she be happier and more active with a friend?

To be honest, most reptiles do best on their own. What are the temperatures in your tank? If it's too cold your gecko will be more sluggish and tend to hide. The warm side of your tank should be around 90 degrees and the cool side should be in the low to mid 70's. Hope this helps!

Yea, she definitely does better in the summer. We have a heating pad and lamp on her, but this time of year the tank maxs 80F. Thanks.

Some new shots...also a new gecko that I got a month ago...
