Also what is the temperture of the water? I had one that got sick and died because it was too warm.

hey buddy,if it worsen and you just can not stand watching him live anymore stress, than do what must be done and frezze him in the refrigarator, its the most human way of saying bye to a closely friend pet. It's up to you to decide.

i prefer to freeze things in my freezer. the fridge doesnt get that cold. :)
 
Just so you know fish TB can be transferred to humans but it DOES NOT give humans tuberculosis. It gives a skin infection caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium marinum and it comes from the fish when you purchase it. Human tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Just clarifying for you. It doesn't look like TB anyway. It looks like and most likely is a swim bladder problem despite your rejection of that idea. I realize you have encountered it but the severity can vary and cause different syptoms. I suggest you go buy eugenol (tooth ache medication) and rubbing alcohol and euthanize the fish to take it out of its misery.
