Just thought I'd share, the tanks open top (obviously) and currently only houses 1 baby 2 inch goldie, one two year severely stunted goldy (not my fault, he's been in massive tanks by himself, he just doesn't grow) and two random guppies left over from when I was breeding feeder fish. Since they managed to survive, the temps set at 22 degrees, and since the gups were in cold water to start with, it works out quite well. The tanks a 55g.

Onyx my stunted moore, ignore his tail, he got a pretty severe case of fungus a few months back that ate pretty much his whole tail, it's taking forever to grow back in

Calin, he's a gorgeous vibrant red, fingers crossed he does grow, as he'd look amazing as 6-8 inch fancy

Sadly Onyx won't turn into a ravenous, gravel digging tank ravaging poop machine, as he's sexually mature already, and still only bout 4-5 cm long, but I'm hoping Calin will LOL

Nice goldies!

Thanks, am considering squeezing something else in there, maybe a few cories or something just as fillers till my goldies grow big, the spoilt brats LOL I bought the tank especially for them.

nice goldies !

what temp are you keeping them at ?

corys (and guppies) are tropical and might be a bit chilly in with the goldies.

you could think about some white cloud mountain minnows - they're coldwater.

Its at 22 degrees, perfect temp for the guppies (22-25 °C) and possibly cories (20°C-28°C) The guppies were in coldwater before, they were feeders and never been in warm water in their life, saw no point changing it
