I kinda figured that too would be prohibited. Perhaps a lower tech Excel tank would be fine. Doubt they'd care as long as you told them it was "plant food"...although dry ferts may be out of the question too as I know KNO3 is an ingredient that can be used for certain illegal activities. Might want to check on that. You certainly have other fert options though besides dry. Maybe buying premixed dry ferts would be ok also...? Can't say I've ever tried shipping chemicals into a military base before.

I'm going to talk to her about dry ferts, hopefully if they know what I have and why it'll be ok.
