My groumi has sunken eyes and spots on him what do I do?

I'm sorry for your gourami's death. It looked quite ill, I'm not sure what was wrong or what to have suggested.

You need to learn what healthy fish look like, to get very good at water testing & regular water changes. The learning curve can be harsh.
