definitely not enough light for ferts or co2. You want to be at least in the 2.5 WPG (watts per gallon) for co2. right now you are at about 0.6 WPG. What plants are you planning on keeping, and how heavily will the tank be planted?
Yes, watts-per-gallon is just watt/gallons.
However, as you'll learn quickly(I don't have time to get into it now), this rule is more of a guideline.
But, for sure, you do not have enough light if you are going to add co2 and ferts. Drop the co2, drop the ferts, pick out some nice low light plants and have fun.

Agreed. Forget the ferts and the co2, lots of work. Get yourself 1 to 1 1/2 watts per gallon, use a little flourish, and you'll be good with some low light plants.

Actually the CO2 will not hurt and will always help. You should not need ferts. You could try a 65 watt pc fixture, that will give you decent light but not an uncontrollable amount.
i had 20w on my 29 and the plants barely grew at all. It was very dark and was just like bleehhhh. Upgrade to 65w or 95w. Coralife f/w 65w could be good for the plants and on your pocket.
