Dusters are filterfeeders, i think the shrooms will eat that bottled phytoplankton stuff, but you need to check on that.
 
Calcium shouldn't be much of an issue with any of those animals. Just keep up on your regular water changes. You won't need any additional supplementation. Although I wouldn't add any inverts unless you get that trigger out of there first. You never mentioned how much lighting you have. A 125g is a deep tank for normal florescents. It won't matter for sponges or dusters, but the shrooms are photosynthetic. You may have to tinker with their placement until they're happy.
 
How about some msuhrooms? theres a good variety of types, and colors that could ad a little extra. They dont need much light and are basicaly maintenance free.
