Hello everyone out there. :dance2:

Im Julie and im new to the forum. I wanted to tell you all about my little fishy friends.

We have a book shop with a big fish tank which contains a Blackmoor (Arthur) a Bristol Shubunkin (Conan Doyle) a Fantail (Moriearty) Getting the connection??? and a Placostamus called Mrs Hudson, well he is a cleaner fish. They all get on great, we even have people come in especially to see the fish. Conan Doyle is now 9inches long would you believe. He is 2 and a half, and very pretty.

They are all really friendly, and will come over when anyone goes up to the tank. (this of course could also be because there might just be food on offer of course.)

I understand that placostamus like veggies, is this right?? and if so which ones, i heard they like fresh spinach, i grow this in my garden so have plenty.

I want to make sure they are all as happy as can be, so would like to feed them other things as well as the normal fish food (it must get quite boring) I know i wouldnt want to be eating the samething every meal time, a little variety would be nice for them.

:fairy: Have a lovely day all, Lv Jooles :)

Welcome aboard! :) you are most definitely right about plecos liking vegetables, and often they NEED them to survive since they do need to eat quite a lot. ;)

enjoy the site!
