My mind is blown! My KFC Rant PT II

Hello again, and welcome to all those who read my previous KFC rant.. which was not even two weeks ago. We decided today on a hung over Sunday afternoon to once again order some KFC as it does contain amazing hang-over curing properties. Here is what went down....

1:30PM We call and place an order for our food.

2:20PM We call to find out where our food is. We are told it has just been picked up by the delivery driver and is on its way.

2:45PM We call back as the food has still not arrived. We are told our house doesn't exist and that we gave a fake phone number so they couldnt call to find out the real address. We then find out they put down 237 instead of 137 for our house number, and 1299 instead of 1219 as the last 4 digits of our phone number. Seeing as it was the same manager I dealt with last time, she immeditly offered to have the meal delivered and all we would have to pay was the delivery, which is $7, the food was to be free.

3:15 Still no food, I call back find out the delivery driver just left.

3:35 The food shows up finally. But there are of course errors, 1) We received a classic sandwhich instead of a big crunch, 2) the popcorn chicken meal we order for my girlfriends 3 year old daughter was compeltely missing.

3:36 I call the store yet again, and the best she is now willing to do is give me a credit as they alreayd paid a delivery driver to go out the first time out of their own pocket, plus gave us a free meal.

Needless to say... if anyone wants a credit for a popcorn chicken meal and will be in Saint John, NB, Canada, let me know your more than welcome to it as we will NEVER be ordering from KFC again.
 
I don't know if Canada has a Better Business Bureau but I'd call them and complain about both times.

Maybe if the owner of that particular store gets word from the BBB that they are getting many complaints there will be a shakeup there for better service. You might also want to go down to the store, usually there is a plaque or something with the owners name and number so you can contact them personally.

lol it was finger licking good, but would have been better without the headaches.

IceH20, I actually went to KFC's corporate site and send them a nice detailed log of the incidents and also recommended the franchisee holder be stripped of thier franchise and that the staff should be retrained or let go and new people hired.
 
I think the meal was finger lickin' good, but the service was finger stickin' good :)
 
Man I wish KFC would deliver here! We have to go out and get ours hehe.
 
Holy Chicken, now that is a pretty ranting story ya got......is it closer to drive for ya than it is for ya to get delivery...I would go someplace else...If that happened the first time to me, I would never give them business again...but of course the chicken IS really good...lucky for us, here in MN, we have one on almost every corner...
 
I find the chicken is horrible now that they use a different kind of oil in it :crazy:
