My new babies!

I had a lucky find at a pet store today, recently someone bred their bettas (one of the staff) and were selling them. I got 4 females (they're about 8 or 9 weeks old, judging by size, coloration etc.) for 9.98. I also found a male to go along with them, although he is from a previous breeding session, and is a few months old.

I'll upload some photos when I can, they're really cute.

Cute girls & handsome boy! I think you may want to throw some plant in there to help them feel secure. Are they very small? Their coloring reminds me of wild-type betta but that could just be an age thing.

Plants are on the way, I had to buy more, as all of my others are in different tanks. I can see a big difference in colour already, today when I was feeding them they started to show a big more! The male, too, is starting to change colour, becoming more rich!
