My new betta tank

Sorry, i would have pics but my cams broke. Well i got a fluval 1+ filter and a 25 watt heater in a 14 litre tank. Problem is the heaters being an a** H*** so i was wondering if a betta can live in room temp water? not for long term just a weekk or so maybe?

This depends on How warm your room is.If its 74 or above your fish should be fine.My bettas live in room temperature water and they are happy

I have had betta's survive just fine around 72F for extended periods of time. They're not quite as active, but they won't die of it.

I put him in my 30 gal untill i go to my LFS to replace it (faulty goods). Get this. I aclimatise him, as soon as i release him he goes striaght up to blitzkreig (5" rainbow shark) and the shark swims away scared. Guess theres a new boss of the tank.
