My new Bolivan Rams!!

My experience with bolivians is that they're hungry little pigs that will eat floating as well as sinking foods. Naturally, being geophagine in nature, they like to root through the substrate, but when I put in flakes for the tetras they were always up there, first, and then they'd go scout out the bottom.

Very cool rams!!!

Nice Rams.

I was lucky whan I got mine..Petsmart had them..and their tanks were cool for rams 76

they were very bland looking and nobody bought any..they had them on sale..I bought 2 for $2 each..then went back the next day to get a couple more..they had them at $1 each..so I bought 2 more.. I stuck them in a quarantine tank..and they paired up almost instantly..

keep the water pristine..even tho they are hardier than blue rams..they color up very nicely when the water is pristine and the temp is warm(you are fine at 83)
good food and watch them..yours are showing pretty good color and they are a bit stressed. btw, I use tetra colorbits..soak them a bit first as with most pellets. they love em
