My new kittie!!!

I am so excited. We brought home a cat yesterday. Her name is Tofu and her previous owners are moving across the country and cannot take her with them. She is 3 1/2 years old and one of the sweetest cats I have ever met. She's still shy but is a complete purr machine when you get near her or pet her. She went absolutely nuts today when I was grooming her. She loved it so much she was actually rolling around while I groomed her. She spends most of her time in the bedroom and isn't quiet comfortable in the rest of the apartment but I'm sure that will ease with time. She's a mix of some kind, any ideas?

aww, she remindes me of my old cat, who got eating by a bobcat whos ironiclly hanging on my wall now...

kinda looks like a calico mixed with some other breed

Thanks everyone! She really came out of her shell last night. I didn't get much sleep because she kept jumping on the bed and rubbing up against us. She came out of the bedroom this morning while I was getting ready for work but she's still jumping at any noise she hears. She did live with a little fluffy dog so I think she may be on the alert for him. I took a look at her medical records today and the vet put her down as a long hair Siamese mix. I don't think we will ever know for sure but I don't care.

maine coonish to me..... looks just like mine except without the blue eyes.... however, the blues could be due to the ragdoll.... very pretty though
