My new lights enough?

I have a 36gal corner aquarium and I was advised to go to AH-supply to get my lights. They recommended that I get two 36watt PC's 1-6700K and 1-10K because I like the color. I think I'm at the 2WPG range so would I be able to keep most plants?

should be fine for a lot of plants. ahsupply has great reflectors.
