What kind* of cube? if its oceanic then is it the biocube?
Lets start with the stock list. Any idea what kinds of corals or fish in the tank already? once we know this it wont be to hard to help ya out.
Things to keep on check besides ^ are you should keep the nitrates as close to zero as possible, weekly water changes (i am sure your used to it) are important but if your salt mix has a high calcium ( you want this between 400 and 500) you might want to cut back on it. (atleast below 20) you need to keep your alk in check as well.. if its an all LPS coral(hope it is) tank you wont have alot to worry about.
Flow is VERY important and there needs to be plenty of it, if there is no flow, takes around 4 hours for things to start weakening/dieing.
Feeding is a whole different ballgame for everyone, i do once a day at the same time this will depend on your live stock.
The photo period, i dk what kind of lights you have but if you have the basic white light or hood lights which should have antic lights and a day light you want to have a fairly regular light schedule with the DAY light being on atleast 7 or 8 hours.. try not to go over. if you do infact have antic lights turn them 1 or 2 hours before the day light is on and then leave it on 1 or 2 hours after its off.. this is to simulate a dawn dusk effect.
Anything i missed i bet a billion will be either critiqued or added on to by someone else
