I came home to TWO packages today! One was plants, which is awesome in itself, but the second surely overshadowed the plant shipment. Ravenously, I tore open the box, engineering my way past Arakkis' ace packaging and this was the first thing I saw:

That Arakkis! Thanks again, man! Past the fortress of newspaper-reinforced styrofoam and next to the heat pack sat two little gems, gently wrapped in some damp paper towels. The first (drum roll) a Neritina juttingae!

The second, I don't think is a juttingae, and I don't know what species of snail it is, but I love it! It's hard to tell from the photos, but its shell shimmers! Can anyone help out with an ID?

I floated them in the plastic baggy and paper towel for temperature (I don't see the point in drip acclimating when there is no water to start with) and when they touched down in the tank, they were off and exploring right away! Below are some more photos. You wouldn't believe how many I took; I couldn't bring myself to choose the best between these so I kept 5 or 6 photos of each snail
Enjoy the pics (you can see the eyes in some of the photos hehe)!
Oh! And I almost forgot: they need names! Help a Pik out? I'm pretty bad with names, the best I could come up with for the moment is Snurchin for the juttingae and Snedgehog for the second fella. Guess why
They're kind of cumbersome names so I welcome suggestions!

Tried one with flash to see if there were any hidden colors

Peeking out from underneath

Mandatory shrimp inspection

Shock!
