swords near the middle as they get huge
bacopa along the back as they get quite tall (they won't want to be in shade)
ferns & anubias - anywhere in hte front half of tank as they are smaller & slower growing.
Note - I'm no expert on NO fluorescent bulbs (I generally suggest T5 or PC)...
But the bulb you specified is not the best for FW plants and you'll have to check to see if the ballast on your hood will support a 40W bulb. If it does, a 6500-6700K bulb will work as would the GE 9325K
