Went to the LFS today and the tank said Neon Tetras $ 1.34 ea and the first thing I notice is that they are Cardinals. Told the guy I'll take all 29.
Thanks !!!!!!!! Anyway as soon as I put the neons and cardinals in the tank I knew right away that I needed to change out the substrate to black. I usually do all my tanks with white playsand so the black is new for me. Got myself 5 bags of flourite black sand and changed it out this afternoon. I also added a c-360 filter .
Yeah !!!!!!! That happened 20 some odd years ago and has not stopped. I had tanks back in the 1960's when I was a kid but really cranked it up in the mid 1980's with full blown reef systems. They were always changing just like my freshwater tanks are now. What can I say ? :huh:
