My New Suncoral

They don't require daily feeding and polyps will disseminate nutrition to adjacent polyps as long as interconnecting tissue exists (so feeding every polyp isn't mandatory but feeding as many as possible is recommended).

Thats what I thought but I wasnt totally sure. Either way they sure are amazing creatures. I will be getting one as soon as liveaquaria gets one in. I have credit on file with them and their service is second to none so I always order from them.
 
yeah sry it took me so long to answer but i try to feed as many polyps as possible. I target feed everyother day and I feed cycloplese everyday but I just run it around in the tank so it gets a light feeding to everything.

Our super suns will take a pizza shrimp for each polyp...and love it! They will also open in direct light because they know it's feeding time. Nice suns everyone!!

Thats an amazing Sun Coral. I still have not gotten one. I should but I need to wait now until I am done with Coast Guard Basic Training. Not entirely sure when I leave so I cant add anything to my tanks.
