my new tank has so many fish 300 litres.

Well. Troll or not. He/her is on notice in my book.

Anyone with the tinyiest bit of common since would know goldfish are cold water fish. No one would try to argue that unless they were just trying to cause trouble.

no i dont think your getting the picture your wrong again where do you think the goldfish come from the amazon and i live near there and the water is 27 dergrees celcius sooooo look whos wrong again people put them in cold watr thats cruel ok.....

Hmmmm .... from everything I have read lately (new to the hobby), goldfish originated in Asia and were bread in England to appear orange/gold as we see them now. With this in mind, I think that just maybe, kano5003 may not have what the rest of the world considers to be a goldfish. kano may very well live in an area where "goldfish" is actually a name for a fish that the rest of the world knows by a different name.

For example, I grew up in southern Ohio where the "freshwater drum" is known as a "perch" (not an aquarium fish, BTW). Looking through my fish book, there are several specias of tropical fish that resemble a goldfish to some extent.

Could this possibly be the same problem with kano's "goldfish"?

Just a thought. Of course, a picture would certainly go a long way in making that determination.

wow. amazonian goldfish, do they bite off one fin so they can swim faster?

hahaa sorry i laughed when i read that. if you go catch a red and silver ryukin goldifsh from the amazon then you'll be a millionare.

anyway, goldfish origionated in Aisa where they were bred for centuries and many strains were developed. they are COLD water fish and need to be kept in water that is colder than tropical fish. 27º C is way to high for them their max should be around 21º C for fancys and 19º C for comets and shubukin. keeping them 27º C is cruel.

BTW, punctuation is an asset when it comes to writing.

please post a picture of your tank.

Ignorance is not excepted. This person seems to want the roast and fight to go with it. Do your research!
