Tank size?

How long has this tank been established?

Current ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings by a good lquid test kit?

What size are each of the fish?

What is your water change/maintenance routine?

Also please include how you acclimated these fish.

Do you notice any aggression?

i had the 85 gallon fresh water tank since 1990 and i just got me an eheim pro 3e 2078 canister filter 2 month ago its i have always had temp set at 78 all my fish are 1.5" peaceful i do a 25% watcher change every two weeks

and the rest of the information?

We still need your water parameters to get an idea of whats going on. Did you transfer filter media from the old filter to the new? How often do you change the water?

As I said before, your tank stocking wont work down the line with everything you have in there now. Both Oscars will reach a foot long, along with your JD.

Oscars have been known to sulk from time to time. Without water parameters its hard to know if anything is really wrong or not.

Oscars are temperamental and will play dead or lie motionless when stressed. They will also go very dark or very light in coloring. Give them a couple of days to turn around.

Your tank is over-stocked. May cause stress and fighting among them due to little room for personal territory. An Oscar can get to about 15"-17" on the average and demand 2x-3x their body length for personal territory.

You will also need to change 30%-40% of their water weekly to 2x a week.
