My other hobby....

I would love to see some WWII aircraft models or even some ships. I like how you make the water. Imagine a large diorama of some of the Naval battles with aircraft carriers, aircraft, subs and battleships....all in an ocean you made yourself.

Add some Sea Kittens to the ocean and you're set.

Thanks, all.
but the background as well. WOW
At first the display cases were just supposed to keep the dust off. But then I decided I needed more than just a plain base, maybe some grass or dirt or something. And then it just snowballed.....
Now it seems like I spend as much time on the base as I do on the model. Or more!

WOW, you did an excellent job on every single one! Looking at this thread inspired me to start making models like this. Well now I have another hobby haha. I just need to find time to do everything.

It's funny how something as simple as a model can bring back so many memories. My dad and I used to sit around in our slingshot's back in the 80's, drink coffee paint and detail all saturday long (I was like 5). I remember thinking he was the only person in the world who could build em like that. Thanks for the memories man...

I remember me and my dad going to hobby town and I asked him which glue to get, and he said the toxic stuff. He said if it doesn't kill ya, it doesn't belong ;)

Been a while, this is what I'm working on;
M8 Armored Car
