addictedtofish, it's an estimation but yeah i use 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of yeast and 1/3-1/2 cup of sugar for each batch- the container is the one that comes with the hagen CO2 setup- i based my size estimate on a starbucks cup it's probably a little bigger than their 20 oz. b/c it's a cylander - it doesn't narrow at the base like a paper cup. I'll look it up onine and get a better number for you
