Looks like a great start! I agree, you will soon want CO2, especially with some of the slower growing low light plants that become algea magnets under high lights.

I'd have a look at these and maybe these.

Ideally, you want a 2 stage regulator of good quality plumbed to a top notch needle valve and a good solenoid valve. Then you need CO2-proof tubing and a good diffuser or reactor to dissolve the CO2 into the water.
