I don't think I have ever shared pictures of my pond here, I dug it nearly 2 1/2 years ago. Since summer is winding down here, most of the flowers have finished blooming though, so it's a bit ragged now. And one of our border collies (who we just had to put down two weeks ago due to kidney disease) always ran round and round the house, making a trail around the pond; hopefully that will fill back in eventually. I also have the little wire fence around the pond to discourage our 4 year old to stay out. (which he does, although he's never alone outside anyway) The pond is about 5' x 8', and 29" at it's deepest, with 18" shelves around the edge. I have 5 Comets and Sarassas goldfish, and one koi. (The koi is getting too big for my pond, and I am putting him in a friend's big pond this month) There are also at least a dozen baby goldfish, in shades of all orange, to mostly white and spotted, and even one green one. (no clue about that one! He has the prettiest copper sheen to him, though)

The tomato plant self-seeded itself, so I just left it alone, we did get several cherry tomatoes from it:

Wow! I love the pond and the frog. I hope to have a nice pond one day. Would love to see more pics of the fish if you can get any?

Thanks, everyone!

It's raining here today, but I have some from last summer in photobucket. Thanks for asking!

Very nice! What is the creeping plant growing between the stones?

On the pond rocks? It is some kind of spreading sedum, that's great for hot, dry conditions like growing over rocks. Is spreads like wildfire, doesn't require much water, and has tiny yellow blooms in late spring/early summer.

Oh, if you meant the green flowers with tiny yellow blooms growing on the rock wall in the picture above the frog, that's Corydalis. It blooms in partly sunny spaces, especially along rock walls, and blooms from early spring through late fall. One of my favorite perennials!
