Whoahh - that's not a fish full of eggs. That is a fish with a large tumor. You need to take her into a vet immediately.
I am seeing correctly that she is a single tailed fish, right? If she is, you're probably looking at a tumor. They're very common in goldfish. And a tumor that large will eventually kill her. She needs to see a vet.

she is very active she was sitting at the bottom because the male chased her for abt an hr and she was tired and if u see her frm the front her stomach is bulged more on 1 side which surely means that she has eggs and how can u tell that its a tumor?

From your description of her shape, I'm going to change my "diagnosis" - I think it's more likely that she's eggbound. She's obviously a very young fish and it's possible that she is unable to expel or reabsorb the eggs properly due to her youth. Either way, her shape is highly abnormal, much too swollen, which is why I originally said it might be a tumor.
However, eggbound or tumor, she is definitely suffering and she needs to see a vet right away. Neither condition is something that can be treated with medication or techniques available to hobbyists.
Eggbinding can kill a fish within days, and a tumor will slowly kill a fish, sometimes taking up to a year or two. Both generally require surgery to correct. Isolate her in a breeding net or in a separate tank immediately, especially if you cannot get to a vet right away. You'll have better luck with a fish specialist than a standard vet. You can use aquavetmed.info to locate a fish vet in your area.
Of course, I am saying this with the assumption that she is a single-tailed goldfish, not a fancy variety. It could be a totally different situation if she is a fancy type goldfish, but I can't tell from the photos. She is single-tailed, is that correct?
