My rescued betta wont eat!!

Just thought I would share that I got my betta Ozzy to eat 2 pellets this morning. I had to turn off the filter so that the water on the top was still and he was able to eat something without having to chase after it. Makes me think maybe there is too much water agitation in that tank. He seems to swirl around a lot. Dont know what I'm gonna do about that. Anyway's thanks for all the advice and concern!
 
you can deflect teh filter discharge against a piece of decoration or hte glass to damper the current.

Glad he is eating!
 
You can also buy 'feeding rings' that help contain food so it doesn't get everywhere.
