he will be ok without eating for a couple of weeks, so dont' stress about that. Its good that he is still responding to you at least. When my snail has his unfortunate accident, he was dead within a day. Good luck.
My Snail got Stuck on the Filter!!

I woke up this morning and he was covered in poop I assume it was his, cus the other snails have been eating the red sinking food. After brushing him off he seems to be alittle more active. He's not moving around but he seems to look around and wiggle his whiskers now. I hope this is the turning point.
I have been putting food near him in case he got better, but every time jumping jacks would just walk by and eat it. Today Salty grabbed him! There was nothing to grab on that was stable and since salty is so big jumping jacks was just wiggling and writhing. I moved the two of them into the glass mug I have on top of the driftwood (to hold it down) Salty grabbed the edge and now is holding on to the wall. He hasn't moved on his own, beyond the grabing on the wall. Regardless that's a definite improvement.
