My Snail got Stuck on the Filter!!

Hi All,

I lost 3 snails to my filter before i found the right thing to protect it - a heater guard. It works great! The slits are big enough for larger particles to get through.

He's alive!!

He left the mug completely and was walking around the back, so I took the mug out (driftwood is water logged) He looks as good as new, aside from being completely dirty.. Hope somebody will help him out with that. Here's the photos! I didn't take any while he was recovering, just seemed like a bad time.

He looks like a new man. If the grub is really bothering you, you can take a new toothbrush and give him a little scrub. I am so glad to hear a survival story. Good job!
