This is my stingray, "tiny". Isn't he cute? LOL!!! Just kidding. I wonder how long it took them to transfer that ray into that pool. LOL!!! Either way, it is amazing. If this thing had babies, I bet the pups would be 2ft long.

I saw that on Nat Geo.
They were catching these things out of the Mekong and putting them in the pools for gathering data on them. The babies are the size of dinner plates, btw.

saw this on national geo channel. they believe this was the worlds largest freshwater stingray. they put it in the pool so they can weight it. however the truck took too long to come so they had to release it or they were afraid it was going to die. so in the end they never had a chance to weight it. so this ray weight still remains a mystery but believed to be the worlds largest freshwater ray.
