Hey gang, just thought you might want to take a peek and let me know what you think. Been in aquariums for 35 years or better and still find a lot I did not know or was told wrong.

My 15 Tall

If anyone can ID the plants correctly, I would appreciate it.

That is beautiful. Sorry, I'm not up on many plant names. I think the fluffy one is green cabomba. My only suggestion is to move the green/white edged plant back a bit. It is a bit tall for a foreground plant and looks out of place. The others are blended in very nice to the landscape.
 
I had a look at your tank, and it looks nice.

The thin, green plant in the front right seems to be anacharis. The bushy plant near the black rock looks a little like Hornwort. You can verify this by seeing if the plant has no real roots. I'm not usre what the yellow plant is in the back, but it looks like it might have a nutrient deficiency (?). The tall, grass-like plant is a kind of Vallisneria, while the plant with the white-edged leaves may be some kind of Anubias (just a guess), or maybe a terrestrial plant.

When you are planting plants, it is a good idea to remove them from the pot and take as much rockwool off the roots as you can.

Still a nice tank though. I like the Neons :).

The green and white plant is definetely a house plant. I would take it out and plant it in a pot.

It's such a shame how some pet store pass off houseplants as aquatic plants. Such a rip off, especially to a newb who thinks he/she is doing something wrong and they keep going back and buying more.
