Hey! I don't know why...but I thought I'd just put up pics of my two most favorite fish! I have a male betta, Fang, all by himself in a one gallon (though I'm buying him a two gallon pretty soon here) and my rainbow shark, Eve Black.
One of the pictures of Eve Black is of Eve upside down behind the filter. I don't know why but apparently she likes to hide behind there even though I bought a ROCK for her to hide behind. She'll go behind it, too. But hiding behind that seems to be fun a lot of the time.
