my visi therm after the water change

ok little update i havent got anything. i emailed them back over the weekend. i got a email back stating they couldnt find my name in the comp but they would be adding it. told me sorry for the delay.
no i did not. i just emailed them. they never asked for proof that i even owned one. i paid something like $21 plus taxs at petsmart.
I'm having similar luck with Pentair, I bought A Quiet1 1200 pump, rattles when outside, annoying, Petsmart went ahead and replaced it, rattled 72 hours after I got it. E-mailed Pentair Aquatics, their VP responded back, said lets get a warranty claim going, asked if I was going to be without my pump, said no, keep it as a back up. Talk about customer service. Sounds like Visi-Therm is the same way.
thats great. i had problem after problem with my fluval filter and their answer was too bad basically. i am glad some places still have great customer service.
Thats a shame really, good customer service is key to a good business, AutoZone can't seem to comprehend this fact.
Visi-Therm and hopefully Pentair will keep my business, Fluval is doubtful.
