I use it for reflectors chaibill. It works very well.

all you diyers hood people should snatch this up...... if your using a cfl bulb you need every % of light you can get back into the tank and not at the bulb.

He is right. This stuff will definitely increase your light output.
Buying one of these sheets will save you from having to buy a whole roll like I did, and 4'x4' is enough for several hoods.
