I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of cichlid I have:

Triangle Cichlid, Uaru Amphiacanthoides. Wrong head shape and markings for a blue acara. But I'm no expert, I just have a big fat book in my hands... Anybody else?

Looks like a stressed Honduran Red Point to me.

I have to agree with the Uaru. I saw the picture and that was the first thing to jump to mind.

Anymore pictures.
Uaru's tend to need pristine water or they don't do to well. They also like water very similar to discus. They also like to chomp on live plants.
They are a very peaceful fish.

A fellow I know had a large wild pair of Uaru fernandezyepezi which were stunning.
Some of his pictures of the same fish he showed me are here: http://www.cichlidae.com/gallery/species.php?s=339

If in fact it is an Uaru Amphiacanthoides that you have it will become a very nice fish when it becomes an adult.

How big it is? Little uarus usually have spots. It looks too elongated to be a uaru to me.

It looks like a Cryptoheros of some kind to me. Probably a Honduran red point like vicious_fish suggested.
