mystery snails

The white snail looks like my Pearl. I think she is sick though. She has not moved in over a week. I sniffed her she smells normal. I hear dead snails reek. But the other fish are trying to eat her and when I wiggle her door she doesn't suck in. She isn't falling out I shook her a bit. Her door is just loosely closed.
Are other snails foot has the same coloring but different shell color. I think mine are apple snails though
