Ok, petco had a sale.

Buy 2 plants get one free.

And they have a combo pack at $6.99. One large plant, one medium, two small all in one pot. So i had to get 3 pots, and planing to get more later.

Now, the plants are not labled so i need your help!

oh great, looks like you succumbed to getting some of Petco's "so called aquatic" plants, I have done the same also and spent over 21$ on non aquatic plants. These plants cannot survive in water being totally submerged, I think they may be for the reptile terrerium. The top two, like Weene said are probably not aquatic at all, I would return them and get your money back or buy some true aquatic plants like the swords or sometinmes they have anubias nana. Those non aquatic plants will eventually die and rot away in a fish tank, the leaves will start to decompose and may pollute your water. Return them and get your money back for the tope two, and be careful what you buy there at Petco you never know what your going to get when everything is just generally called an aquatic plant.

Thanks alot, il do that first thing tomarrow.

Damit petco... They better take it back, i can always sue the whole company for false advertisement.

It was in the aquarium section, and the terrerium were in the reptile section too..

Well, what about he last 2?

I hate to tell ya this but all these plants are non aquatic!

1. Cordyline 'Red Edge'
2. Dracaena sanderiana or variegatus
3. Spathiphyllum species
4. Dieffenbachia

The last one can become toxic if left in water!

ooh, good thing midiamin told you that cause I had no idea that those last two were non aquatic. Also petco should take yours back b/c they took mine and if they aren't dead you should have an ok time. If you have sufficient lighting you can have no problem with getting aquatic plants that you know for sure that they are in fact aquatic.

Im taking the plants out. Last thing i want is my $70 Arowana dieing.

Thanks alot for the heads up. I owe you guys.
