Nano Marimo balls

Does anyone here have these? I am starting a planted nano Whallstad tank and thought the nano marimo balls might look good. Any experience dealing with AquaticMagic?

I ordered from AQUaticMAGic recently the free shipping took about 12days to get to me after it left their facility. I would advise you to use the fed-ex delivery if you want it faster even though it's a marimo I wouldn't want it in a box with all this heat for to long.

How would I break it down? Cut it? Pull it apart? And how do I make the pieces nice and round?

Just pull small pieces off of the marimo ball (or large ones if you like). To get the pieces nice and round simply pull tiny bits off until it looks round or trimming with scissors should work as well (kinda like you would trim a shrub to look round).

Also if you have a Petco with an aquatics section nearby they might have nicely priced and sized marimo balls for sale, at least mine does.
