nano-reef products

I have a 27 gallon cycling right now and I am using kent marines superbuffer to get my ph up, but I had a question about this product. http://www.aquatichobbyaquariumsupply.com/Nano_Reef_Part_A_and_B_p/198053.htm

Is it ok to start using this now, or should I wait until I start getting corals and livestock???
or just not use at all???

pesonaly, i would not use it all..I am always a firm believer in only using a product if its really needed...and your test results will tell you if its needed..

I agree with Niko...that being said I do add iodine which has proven a terrific add for my ricordea and fuzzy mushrooms.
